This policy explains what happens to the information you give on this website. We collect as little as possible and never sell it.

Who is responsible

The controller is Modestas Stragys, a sole trader (individual activity) in Lithuania, the author of the 55-0 method. Contact:[email protected]

What we collect

Only what you type into the waitlist form: your email address, what you want to rebuild, and, if you choose, what usually makes you restart. We also store the date of your consent and the version of this policy.

We do not ask for your name. We use no cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party fonts.

Why

To invite you to the 55-0 app Founding Cycle and to tell you when the 55-0 book is published. Your answers about what you want to rebuild help us decide who to invite first and how to improve the method. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).

Where it is stored

In a Supabase database in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). Only we can read it. The website is served by Cloudflare, which may briefly process your IP address to deliver the page securely. When we start sending emails, we will name the email provider here before the first email.

How long

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and in any case no longer than 24 months after you join the list.

Your rights

You may withdraw consent at any time, and ask to see, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your data, by writing to the contact address above. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You may also complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).

55-0 is not a medical, psychological, nutrition or individual training programme. Health and safety decisions take priority over continuing a cycle.
